    The Black Millennial Take on COVID-19: Why is the joke always on us?

    Now that the hysteria around COVID-19 has somewhat subsided, we can now look back over the past 3 months with a bit of hindsight. By now we are all incredibly over-aware of COVID-19 and it’s reach. Yet, no more than 2 months ago, a large segment of the population thought that their specific sub-group was immune to the virus. There were a number of reasons why some groups believed that they were not at risk of contracting COVID-19.
